Cakes are baked from scratch with carefully selected ingredients like Madagascar vanilla, fresh eggs, and real butter. The cakes are iced with silky Italian meringue buttercream or premium fondant. Sugar flowers are individually sculpted from a sugar dough called gum paste. The petals are rolled out, cut, and assembled by hand to make beautiful flowers such as roses, hydrangeas, peonies, ranunculus, and more. Works of art, the sugar flowers are stunning flourishes to your cake. You can also keep a bouquet of sugar flowers from your cake as a memento of your wedding day!

I love the whole creative process of making a wedding cake from designing, baking, and decorating. My love of baking began at a young age as a little kitchen helper at my mom's family bake shop. Until now, baking is my favorite thing to do!
